Dr. Bush-Bacelis is involved in introducing Academic Service Learning projects into the curriculum, and all of her students complete Academic Service Learning Projects. Her current research interests include intercultural management, and expatriate and repatriate preparation. Dr. Bush-Bacelis is active in the national Association for Business Communication and participates in committees at the university, college, and department levels. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
