Professor Etter currently teaches Intermediate Accounting at the undergraduate level and Introductory Financial Accounting at the graduate level. He has been the recipient of several teaching awards for his excellence in the classroom. His research interests are in the areas of international accounting and accounting education; and he has presented his research at national and regional accounting conferences. Prior to coming to Eastern Michigan, Professor Etter was at the University of South Florida. He also has several years of industry experience as an internal auditor.
