Professional Summary
Dr. Hanson's research involves issues in corporate restructuring and corporate governance. Dr. Hanson has served as a referee for Financial Management, Financial Review, Global Finance Journal, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, and the Journal of Corporate Finance. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Hanson was an Air Force meteorologist.
