Before beginning her academic career, Dr. McEnery worked in Human Resources Management at Michigan Consolidated Gas Co., and Michigan Bell Telephone Company. Her research interests are human resource development, assessment, work and family, and career development. She has published in such journals as Human Resources Development Quarterly, Training and Development Journal, and Journal of Occupational Psychology.
