Dr. Blanchard has served as Interim Dean and Associate Dean of the College of Business and Head of the Management Department. Dr. Blanchard has consulted with a wide range of clients in the areas of training, team building and other organization performance improvement systems. Clients have included Honda, Ford, Garrett Automotive, Domtar Gypsum, Steelcase, Johnson Controls and various government agencies. Dr. Blanchard's research interests focus around training and development and other performance improvement systems.
Dr. Blanchard teaches undergraduate and graduate organizational behavior, human resource development and organizational development.
